Fitsquad 6 week challenge.

Each of these represents my 6 week journey. On each photo bottom right is my before photo, taken on 10/04/2015, top left is my 6 week progress photo, taken 11/15/2015

I started on 10/04/2015 @ 55% body fat percentage,  315 lb total weight. With 150lb lean body mass

As of 11/15/2015 I am 40% body fat percentage,  and 322lb total weight with 191.8 lean body mass.

Week two, progress report. Pictures worth 1000 words

Lift your heart out.... The beginning

So, I'm going to take you through my journey in weight lifting with a series of blog posts,  it technically began in 2014, but I got hospitalized,  and.... it took 10 months to get myself ready to be back. Mostly because of laziness, but also, sickness. 

My husband began pestering me to workout again.  Honestly,  I wasn't in the mood, wasn't ready. Didn't feel like I could... was afraid to fail. 
But then Bodybuilding.com had a fit squad challenge, and my workout buddies convinced me to do it. So we signed up on 10/04/2015. Here are my before photos

316lb. Very out of shape, and incredibly flabby. 
It was not comfortable to tale these photos,  I promise you that, no sucking it in allowed haha!
